RBW Mobile 隐私政策
1. 运营方与适用范围
RBW Mobile 由上海景荣铄信息技术有限公司（SHJRS Information Technology Co., Ltd.）提供，供已授权的企业和供应商用户访问采购订单、交货跟踪及待办审批。本说明补充公司隐私政策；具体客户服务与业务数据处理安排按适用的客户协议执行。
2. 处理哪些信息、用于什么目的
- 账号、用户及组织标识：用于登录验证、分配权限及展示与你相关的业务数据。
- 采购、交货和审批记录，以及你主动提交的意见或附件：用于相应业务协作及审计。
- 服务请求所需的网络信息及安全记录：用于提供连接、排查问题和维护服务安全。
- 你主动发送给支持人员的联系信息和问题描述：用于处理支持请求。
3. 本机存储与设备权限
App 保存上次使用的服务选择；网页组件保存登录会话，以便返回首页后继续访问。App 不增加单独的密码保存功能。使用共享设备时，请在业务页面退出登录。
只有你选择拍摄或选取图片作为附件时，相关相机或照片功能才需要相应授权。你可以在 iPhone 的系统设置中管理授权，拒绝授权会影响对应附件功能。图片在你选择并提交相关业务操作时交给该业务服务处理。
4. 数据访问、共享和服务地点
业务数据按客户组织及账号权限提供给获授权人员。运营方及必要的服务提供商按服务目的、客户指示和适用要求处理信息。服务可能涉及中国及其他地区的基础设施；具体服务商和跨境处理安排见公司隐私政策及适用客户协议。
5. 保存、账号停用和删除请求
信息按提供服务所需的期间及适用法律、审计和客户协议要求保留。账号停用并不自动删除采购或审批等组织业务记录。你可以联系组织管理员或下方邮箱，申请查询、更正、导出、停用账号或删除相关个人信息；涉及客户控制的数据时，由运营方协助相应组织核实并处理请求。

RBW Mobile Privacy Notice
Shanghai Jingrongshuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海景荣铄信息技术有限公司; SHJRS) provides RBW Mobile for authorized SRM business users. This notice supplements the company privacy policy and the applicable customer agreement.
We process account and organization identifiers for authentication and permissions; purchase, delivery and approval records, comments and attachments for business collaboration; network and security records for service operation; and information you send for support.
The app remembers your selected service. Its web component retains session data to keep you signed in. It adds no separate password-saving feature. Sign out on shared devices. Camera or photo access is used when you choose an image attachment; you can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Submitted attachments are handled by the relevant business service.
Business information is available to authorized users according to organization and account permissions. SHJRS and necessary service providers process information for service delivery, customer instructions and applicable requirements. Processing may involve China or other regions; the company policy and customer agreement describe the relevant arrangements.
Retention follows service needs and applicable legal, audit and customer requirements. Disabling an account does not automatically delete organizational business records. For access, correction, export, account deactivation or deletion requests, contact your administrator or zhangxiaodong@shjrs.com. For customer-controlled data, we assist the relevant organization with the request. We will update this notice when processing changes and obtain further consent where required.
